Bonjour Bilel, ce commentaire ne reflète pas la réalité. J’étais présent à l’heure convenue et les frais facturés sont strictement contractuels. Mes 277 voyages et ma note de 4,9/5 parlent d’eux-mêmes. Je n’ai rien de plus à ajouter.

Pickup was in an auxiliary lot, notnat terminal. A difficult 12 minute walk with checked bags and children. No pedestrian path to get there, unsafe use of vehicle roads.Pickup person was rude, trying to tell me how to pack the vehicle, even though we have rented this exact vehicle before.Rental was fine and dropoff was at the terminal.
