Hello, I prefer to reply directly to this message. There was indeed an error in our assessment regarding a scratch on the car, because the person who picked it up was not the same person who returned it. This led Mr. to believe we were trying to scam him, whereas I acknowledged the mistake when he sent me the video. This is simply what justifies Mr. Alexander’s rating. As for the rest, I'll let the previous comments speak for themselves.

Great host with excellent communication throughout.He kindly met us at the station for handover and collected the car from our hotel at the end of the trip, which was very accommodating and much appreciated.The car had a few dashboard warning lights on, but we were reassured these were known issues rather than mechanical problems. Despite its age, the car was a pleasure to drive and suited our needs perfectly.Thank you again for making the experience smooth and straightforward.
