Two days ago, on the 23rd of September, I tried to book a car through the app, but encountered an issue: both my driver’s license and the additional driver I tried to add were rejected by the system, so I did not take any trip at all. To my understanding, I also canceled the ride yesterday.However, today I received a notification saying that the trip is “about to end,” which suggests that the booking was approved after all and that I was charged for it – even though I never actually used the car.I would greatly appreciate clarification on what happened, as well as a full refund for this charge, since the trip never took place.I want my money back.
